Community Settlement Services
Once residents transition from reception to longer‑term independence, our settlement team provides structured support to help newcomers establish stable, healthy lives in Canada. We focus on practical integration—housing stability, daily life skills, employment pathways, and connection to community resources—while continuing to provide relational support and follow‑up.

Settlement supports include:
• Housing assistance: support locating, applying for, and securing safe, affordable housing
• Life‑skills development: budgeting, transportation navigation, grocery shopping, and daily‑living skills
• Employment readiness: resume support, job search assistance, interview preparation, and connections to employment programs
• School registration and family support: helping children enroll in school and connecting families to community resources
• Referrals to community services: healthcare providers, language classes, mental health supports, and other essential programs
• Ongoing follow‑up: continued check‑ins after housing placement to promote stability and prevent crisis or homelessness
