At Matthew House Refugee Ministry of Fort Erie, we recognize that transitioning from homelessness or temporary shelters to permanent housing can be challenging. Our Supported Transitional Housing Program provides a bridge for individuals and families in need of stable, temporary housing while they work toward long-term solutions.
